Starting Point: Pilot Episode

I think the best move is to start with a pilot episode to figure out the tone and flow before building out a full series.

Pilot Package:

  • 1 filming day (4–6 hours)

  • 1 edited episode (approx. 15–25 minutes)

  • 3–5 social media clips

Investment: $3,000

This gives us something strong and intentional that you can start sharing right away.

Ongoing Series Option

If you love how the pilot turns out, we can move into a monthly setup to keep things consistent and build momentum.

Monthly Retainer:

  • 1–2 filming days per month (4–6 hours each)

  • Ongoing episode editing (based on footage captured)

  • 6–10 social clips for promotion

Investment: $5,500/month

This is where we really start shaping it into a full series and growing an audience around it. We can always adjust the scope after the pilot depending on what feels best and what direction you want to take it.

Additional Filming

If you ever want to capture extra moments outside of what’s included, I also offer:

Day Rate: $800–$1,200 depending on scope and hours
